Attorneys General
Attorneys General are the chief legal officers of a state or country, responsible for overseeing the legal affairs of the government. They provide legal advice to government agencies, represent the state in court, and enforce laws. In the U.S., each state has its own Attorney General, who protects public interests, addresses consumer protection issues, and battles criminal activity. The federal government also has an Attorney General, who heads the Department of Justice and ensures federal laws are upheld. Their role is vital in maintaining legal order and justice within their jurisdictions.
