Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU)

The Association of Private Sector Colleges and Universities (APSCU) was a trade organization in the United States representing private postsecondary institutions, particularly proprietary colleges and career schools. Its mission focused on advocating for the interests of these schools, promoting quality education, and addressing issues faced in the education sector. APSCU aimed to ensure that private colleges could provide students with opportunities for career advancement and skills training. In 2017, APSCU rebranded as Career Education Colleges and Universities (CECU) to better reflect its commitment to career-oriented education.
