Ashraf Hotak

Ashraf Hotak was a prominent Afghan ruler in the early 18th century, known for leading the Hotak dynasty. Originally a tribal leader, he gained power during a period of political instability and rebellion against Persian control. In 1722, he declared independence and established the Hotak rule over Persia's western regions, including parts of modern Afghanistan and Iran.
