ASEAN relations
ASEAN, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations, is a regional group created to promote cooperation, stability, and economic growth among its member countries—like Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. The nations work together on issues such as trade, security, climate change, and cultural exchange, aiming to foster peaceful relations and shared prosperity. While each country maintains its independence, ASEAN provides a platform for dialogue and collaboration, helping manage regional challenges collectively. The goal is to build a peaceful, stable, and economically vibrant Southeast Asia through mutual support and cooperation.
