Articulated Vehicles

Articulated vehicles are large vehicles made up of two or more parts that are connected by a joint, allowing for greater flexibility and maneuverability. Common examples include tractor-trailers, where a truck (the tractor) pulls a trailer. This design enables them to navigate tight turns and carry heavy loads more efficiently than a rigid vehicle. The articulation point allows the vehicle to bend, making it easier to drive in urban areas or on winding roads, while still providing the capacity needed for transport.
