Articulated lorry
An articulated lorry is a large freight vehicle consisting of a tractor unit (the front cab with the engine) connected to a trailer (the cargo-carrying part) via a pivot or hitch. This design allows the vehicle to turn more easily and navigate tighter corners compared to a fixed-body truck. Articulated lorries are commonly used for transporting goods over long distances, offering increased load capacity and efficiency. Their flexible joint provides better maneuverability on roads while enabling heavy and bulky items to be moved efficiently across regions.
