Arbitation

Arbitration is a way to resolve disputes outside of courts, where the involved parties agree to submit their disagreement to one or more neutral individuals called arbitrators. These arbitrators review the evidence, listen to both sides, and then make a binding decision, similar to a court judgment. It’s often faster and more flexible than traditional litigation, used in commercial, employment, or contractual conflicts. Parties usually agree to arbitration beforehand, and its decisions are final, providing a private, efficient alternative to lengthy court processes.
