Aqueous humor

Aqueous humor is a clear, watery fluid found inside the front part of the eye, between the cornea and the lens. It is produced by cells in the eye and helps to nourish these structures, maintain the eye's shape, and provide nutrients to tissues that lack their own blood supply. The fluid flows through the eye and drains out via a small network of channels, helping to regulate pressure inside the eye. Proper circulation and drainage of aqueous humor are essential to keep the eye healthy and to prevent conditions like glaucoma, which can damage vision if the pressure becomes too high.
