Appeals Management Center

The Appeals Management Center (AMC) is a division of the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs that handles appeals related to veterans' benefits claims. When a veteran disagrees with a decision made about their benefits—such as disability compensation or pension—they can appeal to the AMC.
