Alan Leo
Alan Leo (1860-1917) was a British astrologer and one of the founding figures of modern astrology. He is best known for promoting astrology as a legitimate field of study and practice, moving it away from its historical associations with superstition. Leo authored numerous books on astrology, making it more accessible to the public, and he emphasized the psychological aspects of astrological interpretation. His work laid the foundation for contemporary astrology and influenced many future astrologers. Leo also founded the Astrological Lodge of London, further advancing the study and practice of astrology in a professional context.
