Ahl al-Sunna
Ahl al-Sunna, also known as Sunni Islam, refers to the largest group of Muslims who follow the teachings of the Prophet Muhammad and accept the early Muslim community's consensus and practices as a guide. They emphasize the importance of the Qur'an and Hadith (sayings and actions of the Prophet) for understanding faith and life. Sunni Muslims also recognize the four rightly-guided caliphs as legitimate successors of Muhammad. Their goal is to follow the core principles of Islam while allowing some diversity in interpretation, promoting unity and adherence to traditional practices within the faith.
