Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund

The Afghanistan Reconstruction Trust Fund (ARTF) is a financial initiative set up in 2002 to support the rebuilding of Afghanistan after decades of conflict. It pools contributions from various donor countries and organizations to fund projects aimed at improving infrastructure, education, health services, and governance in the country.
