Administration for Community Living (ACL)
The Administration for Community Living (ACL) is a part of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Its mission is to support older adults and people with disabilities by promoting their independence and enhancing their quality of life. ACL works to ensure that these individuals have access to community services, resources, and support systems. This includes funding programs that help with caregiving, health care, and social interaction, ultimately aiming to empower individuals to live fulfilling lives in their communities.
