Active Noise Control

Active Noise Control (ANC) reduces unwanted sounds by creating sound waves that are the exact opposite (or "antiphase") of the noise. These opposing waves cancel each other out through destructive interference, diminishing the overall sound that reaches your ears. ANC systems use microphones to detect ambient noise, then generate anti-noise signals with speakers to neutralize it. This technology is effective for consistent, low-frequency sounds like engine hums or engine noise in headphones, providing a quieter environment without the need for heavy insulation.
