Action Research Model
The Action Research Model is a structured process used to solve problems or improve practices through a cycle of planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. It involves identifying an issue, developing and implementing a plan to address it, observing the results, and then reflecting on what worked or didn’t. Based on these reflections, adjustments are made, and the cycle continues. This approach is collaborative and focuses on real-world improvements, often used in education, community work, or organizational settings to create meaningful change through continuous learning and refinement.
