Act and Being
"Act" refers to an action or deed—what someone does or performs—highlighting external behaviors or choices. "Being" relates to existence or existence's nature—who or what someone is at their core, such as their identity, qualities, or state of presence. In essence, act is about outward actions, while being concerns inner existence and identity. Both are interconnected: our actions reflect our being, and our being influences how we act. Understanding this distinction helps clarify that our external behaviors are expressions of our internal state or essence.
