Zoroaster (Zoroastrianism)

Zoroaster, also known as Zarathustra, was an ancient Persian prophet and the founder of Zoroastrianism, one of the world's oldest monotheistic religions. He lived around the 6th century BCE. Zoroastrianism teaches the existence of one supreme god, Ahura Mazda, and emphasizes the duality of good and evil. Followers believe in the importance of individual choice, ethical behavior, and the eventual triumph of good over evil. Central to the faith are concepts such as the afterlife and the struggle between light and darkness. Today, Zoroastrianism is primarily practiced in Iran and India.
