Zoroaster (Prophet)
Zoroaster, also known as Zarathustra, was an ancient Persian prophet and religious leader, traditionally believed to have lived around 1,000 BCE, though some scholars suggest a later date. He founded Zoroastrianism, one of the world's oldest monotheistic religions, which emphasizes the struggle between good and evil. Central to his teachings is the worship of Ahura Mazda, the supreme god, and the importance of individual choice and moral responsibility. Zoroastrianism influenced many later religions, including Judaism, Christianity, and Islam, particularly in concepts of heaven, hell, and the final judgment. His teachings continue to hold cultural significance today.
