ZK-Rollups

ZK-Rollups are a technology that helps blockchain networks handle more transactions quickly and cost-effectively. They bundle many transactions together off the main blockchain into a single batch, then generate a cryptographic proof called a zero-knowledge proof to verify the batch's validity. This proof is small and quickly checked on the main chain, ensuring security without processing every individual transaction on-chain. In essence, ZK-Rollups improve scalability by combining transactions and providing secure, compact proof of their validity, allowing the blockchain to process more activity efficiently while maintaining trust.
