
Zhang Zizhong
Zhang Zizhong was a Chinese officer and war hero born in 1891. He is best known for his leadership during the Second Sino-Japanese War, where he commanded Chinese troops against invading Japanese forces. Demonstrating bravery and strategic skill, Zhang prioritized the defense of China’s sovereignty and the safety of his soldiers. Sadly, he was killed in battle in 1938, and his sacrifice made him a national symbol of patriotism and resistance against aggression. Today, he is remembered as a dedicated military leader who put country above all else.
