Zeneca (company)

Zeneca was a global pharmaceutical company focused on developing and manufacturing medicines, especially in areas like oncology, cardiovascular health, and respiratory diseases. It was originally part of Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI) and became an independent entity in 1993. In 1999, Zeneca merged with the Swedish pharmaceuticals firm Astra AB to form AstraZeneca, one of the world’s leading biopharmaceutical companies.
