Young Global Leaders (YGLs) are a group of exceptionally talented and accomplished individuals under 40 chosen annually by the World Economic Forum. They come from diverse backgrounds such as business, government, academia, and non-profit sectors. YGLs are recognized for their leadership, innovation, and commitment to addressing global challenges. They collaborate to share ideas, influence policy, and create positive change worldwide. The program aims to empower emerging leaders to foster sustainable development and social progress, making a meaningful impact in their communities and beyond.
