Yellowstone Conservation Corps

The Yellowstone Conservation Corps (YCC) is a program that offers young adults and veterans the opportunity to participate in conservation and natural resource management projects within Yellowstone National Park and surrounding areas. Participants gain hands-on experience in tasks such as trail maintenance, habitat restoration, and park preservation efforts, while also developing teamwork and leadership skills. Funded through government and partner support, YCC aims to foster environmental stewardship, provide career pathways, and promote the importance of protecting natural landscapes for future generations.
