Yarsan

Yarsan, also known as Ahl-e Haqq or the People of Truth, is a spiritual and religious community primarily found in western Iran and parts of Iraq. Their beliefs combine elements of Islam, particularly Shia Islam, with pre-Islamic Persian traditions and unique spiritual practices. Central to Yarsan is the concept of divine manifestations and a focus on mystical experiences. They believe in a series of spiritual leaders known as "Qutbs" or "Imams," who guide their followers. The community is known for its emphasis on equality, community cohesion, and oral traditions, including sacred texts and rituals that reinforce their identity.
