X-ray Examination

An X-ray examination is a medical imaging test that uses radiation to create pictures of the inside of your body. It captures images of bones, lungs, and other tissues to help doctors diagnose injuries, infections, or conditions. During the procedure, you lie or stand still while a machine directs a small amount of radiation through your body onto a detector or film. The resulting images reveal details not visible externally, enabling accurate assessment without invasive procedures. X-rays are quick, generally safe, and an essential tool in medical diagnosis.
