Wormhole Theory
Wormhole theory proposes a theoretical shortcut through spacetime, connecting two distant points via a tunnel-like structure. If such structures exist, they could allow faster-than-light travel between places that would otherwise take immense time to reach, much like a bridge connecting two distant cities. These tunnels, or wormholes, arise from solutions to Einstein's General Relativity equations, but there's no experimental evidence they exist. They remain a fascinating concept, suggesting that if wormholes are stable and navigable, they could revolutionize space travel, though technology and physics challenges are significant obstacles to their realization.
