World Oral Literature Project
The World Oral Literature Project is an initiative that documents and preserves traditional stories, songs, and oral performances from cultures worldwide. Recognizing that many of these oral traditions are at risk of disappearing due to globalization and changing lifestyles, the project records and archives these cultural expressions through audio and video, making them accessible for study and appreciation. This effort helps safeguard cultural diversity, promote understanding, and ensure future generations can learn from and connect with their rich oral heritages.
