Women of Color in the Military

Women of Color in the military refer to female service members from diverse racial and ethnic backgrounds, including Black, Asian, Latina, Native American, and others. They face unique challenges, such as navigating institutional racism and gender bias while serving in a predominantly male environment. Despite these obstacles, Women of Color contribute significantly to the military, bringing diverse perspectives and skills.
