Women in Engineering ProActive Network

Women in Engineering ProActive Network (WEPAN) is an organization dedicated to increasing the participation and success of women in engineering fields. It connects educators, industry professionals, and students to promote inclusive practices, share research, and develop programs that support women’s careers in engineering. WEPAN aims to create a diverse and innovative engineering workforce by addressing obstacles women face and fostering a collaborative community that advances gender equity and excellence in engineering education and industry.
