Wish Bone
The wishbone, also known as the furcula, is a forked bone found in birds and some dinosaurs. Located near the chest, it connects the two collarbones and plays a key role in flight. During flight, it acts like a spring, helping birds to expand and contract their wings efficiently. In many cultures, people pluck the wishbone from a bird and, after making a wish, break it with another person; whoever ends up with the larger piece is believed to have their wish come true.
