Wikispaces was an online platform that allowed users to create and manage their own wikis—collaborative websites where multiple people could contribute content, edit pages, and share information. It catered to educators, students, and organizations, facilitating collaborative learning and project management. Users could easily design spaces for sharing resources, discussions, and documents. Although Wikispaces ceased operations in 2018, it played a significant role in promoting online collaboration and knowledge sharing, similar to Wikipedia, but often used for specific group purposes rather than a general encyclopedia.
