Wide-angle lens

A wide-angle lens is a type of camera lens that captures a broader field of view than standard lenses. It allows you to include more of a scene in your photograph, making it ideal for landscapes, architecture, or tight spaces. Because it captures such a wide area, objects closer to the lens may appear larger and more distorted than those farther away, creating a sense of depth and expansive perspective. Wide-angle lenses typically have a focal length of around 24mm or less on a full-frame camera. They are valuable for emphasizing the scale of a scene or fitting more into a limited space.
