Wei and Jin dynasties

The Wei and Jin dynasties were important ruling periods in Chinese history around 220–420 CE. The Wei Dynasty (220–265) was established after the fall of the Han Dynasty, marked by political stability and territorial expansion under strong centralized control. It eventually split into Northern and Southern Wei due to internal conflicts. The Jin Dynasty (265–420) followed, unifying China briefly but facing invasions and internal strife that led to fragmentation. These dynasties saw cultural growth, significant philosophical development, and laid foundations for future Chinese governance and society.
