Waver

A wave is a repeating disturbance or vibration that travels through a medium—like air, water, or solid materials—carrying energy from one place to another without transporting matter. Examples include sound waves, which transmit hearing signals, and water waves, which carry energy across the ocean’s surface. Waves are characterized by properties such as wavelength (distance between peaks), frequency (how often peaks pass a point), and amplitude (wave height). They play a fundamental role in nature and technology, enabling communication, energy transfer, and natural processes across various environments.
