Water Jump

A water jump is an obstacle in athletics where a runner must propel themselves over a barrier with a body of water beneath it. During the event, the athlete runs at speed and leaps over the obstacle, clearing both the hurdle and the water pit in a single motion. It combines elements of sprinting, jumping, and precise technique to efficiently land and continue running without losing momentum. Water jumps are common in hurdles races and require skill to balance speed, strength, and agility successfully.
