Washington Football Team

The Washington Football Team, formerly known as the Washington Redskins, is a professional American football team based in Washington, D.C. They are part of the National Football League (NFL) and compete in the league's National Football Conference (NFC) East division. The team was established in 1932 and has a rich history with multiple championships, including three Super Bowl victories. In 2020, they changed their name to the Washington Football Team as part of a broader effort to address concerns over cultural sensitivity. In 2022, they rebranded as the Washington Commanders.
