Warm-blooded animals

Warm-blooded animals, or endotherms, are creatures that maintain a constant body temperature regardless of their environment. This ability allows them to thrive in various climates, as they can regulate their internal heat through metabolism, often by consuming food. Common examples include mammals and birds. Unlike cold-blooded animals, which rely on external temperatures to warm their bodies, warm-blooded animals can be active in cooler conditions. This adaptability offers advantages in survival, including the ability to hunt and stay active during cold weather.
