Wanyan Aguda
Wanyan Aguda was the founder of the Jin Dynasty in China, which arose in the 12th century. He was a member of the Jurchen people, a group that lived in what is now northeastern China. In 1115, Wanyan Aguda established the Jin Dynasty after successfully conquering the Liao Dynasty, which had ruled northern China. His reign marked a significant shift in power in the region, as the Jurchens replaced the Khitan rulers of the Liao. The Jin Dynasty was known for its military strength and governance, playing a key role in the history of China until it fell to the Mongols in the 13th century.
