Voyager (space probes)

Voyager space probes, launched by NASA in 1977, are robotic spacecraft designed to explore the outer planets and beyond. Voyager 1 and Voyager 2 have traveled billions of miles from Earth, sending back valuable data about the planets, moons, and the space environment. They use onboard instruments and cameras to study planets, magnetic fields, and cosmic rays. Both probes have crossed the boundary of our solar system into interstellar space, providing unique insights into the environment outside our Sun’s influence. Their mission continues as they send data back to Earth, making them some of the most distant human-made objects in space.
