Vision Disorders
Vision disorders are conditions that impair your ability to see clearly or distinguish shapes and colors properly. They can result from different causes such as eye injuries, genetic factors, or health issues like diabetes. Common examples include nearsightedness (difficulty seeing distant objects), farsightedness (trouble seeing close objects), astigmatism (blurred vision due to irregular eye shape), and presbyopia (age-related difficulty focusing on near tasks). Some conditions, like cataracts or glaucoma, can lead to more serious vision loss if untreated. Many vision disorders are manageable with corrective lenses, medication, or surgery, helping individuals maintain or improve their sight.
