Visible light spectrum

The visible light spectrum consists of the range of electromagnetic waves that human eyes can detect, allowing us to see colors. It spans wavelengths approximately from 380 nanometers (violet) to 740 nanometers (red). Within this range, different wavelengths correspond to different colors: shorter wavelengths are violet and blue, while longer ones are red and orange. This spectrum is just a small part of the entire electromagnetic spectrum, which includes other waves like radio or X-rays. Visible light is essential for vision and is the foundation for how we perceive the world around us.
