Vishwasrao

Vishwasrao was a prominent Maratha leader and military commander during the late 18th century in India. He was the son of the famous Peshwa Madhavrao I and played a key role in strengthening and expanding the Maratha Empire. Known for his strategic skills and leadership, Vishwasrao was involved in various military campaigns, defending Maratha interests against rivals. Sadly, he died young at the Battle of Panipat in 1761, a significant confrontation that impacted the Maratha's power in northern India. His legacy reflects dedication to his community and military acumen during a formative period of Maratha history.
