Virginia Transportation Research Council

The Virginia Transportation Research Council (VTRC) is a partnership between the Virginia Department of Transportation and the University of Virginia’s Batten School of Leadership and Public Policy. It conducts research to improve transportation systems across Virginia, including roads, bridges, traffic safety, and infrastructure.
