Virginia Master Gardeners
Virginia Master Gardeners are trained volunteers who assist their communities by applying their gardening knowledge to promote sustainable and beautiful landscapes. Through extensive education provided by Virginia Cooperative Extension, they learn about plant care, soil health, pest management, and environmental practices. They collaborate on community projects, offer gardening advice to the public, and support local initiatives to enhance outdoor spaces. Their goal is to share expertise, encourage responsible gardening, and foster environmental stewardship, helping individuals and communities create healthier, more attractive gardens and landscapes.
