Vignetting

Vignetting is a phenomenon where the edges of a photograph appear darker than the center. It usually occurs due to the design of the camera lens or filter placement, which causes less light to reach the edges of the image compared to the center. This can happen intentionally for artistic effect or unintentionally because of lens limitations, filters, or other factors like wide-angle shots or simply using a lens with large apertures. While it can add a creative touch, excessive vignetting may also reduce image clarity around the edges.
