VDSL
VDSL (Very-high-bit-rate Digital Subscriber Line) is a broadband internet technology that uses existing telephone lines to deliver faster internet speeds than traditional DSL. It transmits data over the copper wires at much higher frequencies, allowing for high-speed connections suitable for streaming, gaming, and large downloads. VDSL can provide speeds from several megabits per second to over 100 Mbps, depending on the distance from the telephone exchange and specific setup. It leverages existing infrastructure, making it a cost-effective way to improve internet performance without laying new cables.
