Vascularity

Vascularity refers to the visible appearance of veins beneath the skin, often seen in well-trained individuals. It occurs when blood vessels become more prominent due to increased blood flow, reduced body fat, and muscle size. Enhanced vascularity indicates good circulation, muscle development, and lower fat levels, making veins more noticeable, especially during physical activity. It is commonly associated with fitness, weight training, and a lean physique.
