Vascular Pathologies

Vascular pathologies refer to diseases affecting the blood vessels, including arteries, veins, and capillaries. Common conditions include atherosclerosis, where arteries become narrowed by plaque buildup, leading to reduced blood flow; aneurysms, which are abnormal bulges in blood vessels; and varicose veins, where veins become enlarged and twisted. These issues can cause pain, block blood flow, and increase the risk of serious events like heart attacks or strokes. Managing vascular health typically involves lifestyle changes, medication, and sometimes surgery to improve blood circulation and reduce complications.
