Validity of Contracts
Validity of a contract refers to whether it is legally enforceable. For a contract to be valid, it must meet certain criteria: both parties must agree to the terms (offer and acceptance), have the capacity to contract (be of legal age and sound mind), the purpose must be legal, and the agreement should be made voluntarily without coercion. If any of these elements are missing or flawed, the contract may be deemed invalid or void. Valid contracts create enforceable rights and obligations between the parties involved.
