US Indo-Pacific Command
The U.S. Indo-Pacific Command is one of the United States’ major military leaders responsible for overseeing military operations, defense, and strategic partnerships in the Indo-Pacific region, which includes countries in East Asia, Southeast Asia, South Asia, and the Pacific Islands. Its goal is to promote stability, security, and peace by working with allies and partners, conducting military training, and responding to regional threats. The command ensures U.S. interests are protected, supports allies, and maintains a balance of power in a geopolitically vital and dynamic part of the world.
